Sasha has twenty years of dance training in Classical Ballet and is a qualified teacher. With an increased affinity for health and fitness, she then went on to study towards her Yoga Teacher’s Certificate in Hatha and Kundalini yoga. Sasha has a passion for combining strength, flexibility, and holistic health in her daily life as well as assisting those in their journey to a balanced life.
