Opening Times and Class Times

OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK: 

 

🚨It’s the time of the year when our thoughts turn to all things festive and Christmas!… 

A lot of gyms have restricted opening hours over this period, but to enable our members the maximum of flexibility to enjoy the club we only shut 2 days a year!

We will be closed:
Thursday December 25th Christmas Day 🎅
Thursday January 1st New Years Day

All other days (including Bank holidays) we will be open our normal long hours.
Weekdays 05:30-20:00
Weekends 08:00-18:00.

We wish all our members a relaxed and enjoyable festive period.

Monday - Friday  05:30- 20:00

Saturday - Sunday 8:00 -18:00
